Frequently Asked Questions
What will my first session be like?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure all paperwork is completed, we have time to discuss your needs and you have time to get familiar with the surroundings.
Table Time
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to appointment times. Session time is full table time. If you are late that will dip into your session time.
Payment Collection
Payments may be made prior to your appointment when you book online, or payments may be made after the service has been completed. Acceptable tenders are cash and credit card.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance; however a full receipt can be provided for you to submit to your insurance.
Gratuity
Gratuity is accepted for all massage and spa services, but is not expected. Customary gratuity for massage and spa services is 15%-20% of the service fee before any discounts.
Cancellation Policy
If unable to keep an appointment, as a courtesy to myself and other clients please give 24-hour notice. If you need to cancel/reschedule the day of your appointment, we require a 3 hour minimum notice, or you may be charged a $20 fee. If I miss my appointment without notice the full fee for the appointment will be charged.
Tardy Policy
All appointments are full table time appointments. (Meaning if you book a 60min massage your massage will be a full 60min) If you arrive late, the time will be taken off your booked time. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you receive full time.
Cellphones
Please have your cellphones on silent or off to ensure you have a quiet and pleasant time for you to concentrate on your healing. If you have an emergency situation please let your therapist know to plan accordingly.
Sexual Misconduct
Sexual misconduct on any level will not be tolerated.
