A Bit About Me

Hello! My name is Tracy L. Schou and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Reiki Master and hold certifications in Energy Work, EFT, Breathwork, Mindfulness, NLP, Yomassage, and Yin Yoga.

I have a license to practice massage in SD, NE, CO, AL and TN, which I do by appointment. When I am in those areas.

Since I have a passion for travel, Symmetric Soul has transitioned to an online model where I craft strategies and resources aimed at empowering individuals to unlock their fullest potential, embracing joy and fulfillment in their journey towards personal growth.

As I continue to share and grow my business, I also continue to grow in my learning of the human body, therapy techniques, and self care.
